1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 00jl55 website at 00jl55.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any future applications operated by 00jl55.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration with 00jl55.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering and withdrawal after applicable processing.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or any other incentive credited to a Player's account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must bet using bonus funds before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Territories" means jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law, as updated by 00jl55 from time to time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the 00jl55 Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, playing, or withdrawing — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the 00jl55 Privacy Policy, and all game-specific rules published on the Platform.

2.2 These Terms supersede all prior oral or written representations between you and 00jl55 relating to the subject matter herein.

2.3 00jl55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

2.4 These Terms were last updated and became effective on 1 January 2026. Players who created accounts prior to this date are bound by these revised Terms from the effective date forward.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with 00jl55, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted;
• Not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 00jl55 or any of its affiliated companies or gaming providers;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any PAGCOR-administered exclusion register;
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.

3.2 Registration requires providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. 00jl55 will use this information to verify your identity in accordance with KYC requirements.

3.3 Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitute a material breach of these Terms. 00jl55 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.

3.4 By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you will maintain its accuracy throughout the duration of your Account. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Account Management

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 00jl55 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 00jl55 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

4.2 You must notify 00jl55 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 00jl55 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 All transactions and wagers placed using your Account credentials are deemed to have been made by you and are your sole responsibility, unless you have previously notified 00jl55 of credential compromise.

4.4 Account sharing — allowing any other person to use your Account — is strictly prohibited. 00jl55 accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4.5 KYC Verification

00jl55 is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to conduct KYC verification on all players prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include:

• PhilSys National ID (Philippine Identification System Card)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the LTO
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

Additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds may be requested for accounts with high transaction volumes or as part of routine compliance review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 All financial transactions on 00jl55 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 00jl55 does not impose currency conversion fees; amounts are processed at face value in PHP.

5.2 Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier at time of transaction.

5.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering protocols. 00jl55 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) banking day.

5.5 00jl55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in a rolling 30-day period. Processing times for such requests may be extended accordingly.

5.6 Deposited funds that have not been wagered and do not form part of any active bonus are not subject to withdrawal restrictions and may be withdrawn at any time following satisfactory KYC verification.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 00jl55 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirement: 25x the bonus amount received
• Minimum qualifying deposit: ₱1,000 (unless otherwise stated)
• Bonus validity period: 30 days from date of credit
• Maximum bet with active bonus balance: ₱500 per hand or spin
• Live Casino contribution toward wagering: 10%
• Slot contribution toward wagering: 100% (standard; may vary by game)
• Sports betting minimum odds for wagering: 1.50

6.3 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless specific wagering requirements have been met in full.

6.4 00jl55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or regulatory requirement.

6.5 Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through collusion, arbitrage betting, or creating multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times — will have all associated bonuses forfeited and may face account suspension.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 All games available on the 00jl55 Platform are sourced from certified, internationally licensed third-party providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to that game.

7.2 All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on 00jl55 are certified by independent testing agencies including eCOGRA or iTech Labs. Certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and that published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate.

7.3 Live dealer games are operated from certified studios and are subject to continuous surveillance. All game sessions are recorded. In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a live game, 00jl55's decision on resolution is final.

7.4 A "Malfunction" means any technical error, disconnection, software bug, or unexpected interruption that affects the normal conduct of a game. 00jl55 reserves the right to void any bet or game session affected by a malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.5 00jl55 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the Player's end that result in a disconnection during a game session.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 00jl55 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Collusion with other players or employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith;
• Use of stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods;
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform from Prohibited Territories using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain — any winnings derived from a known exploit must be reported immediately and will be forfeited if not reported;
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's security or functionality;
• Money laundering or using 00jl55 to facilitate any unlawful financial activity.

8.2 In cases of suspected prohibited conduct, 00jl55 may freeze the relevant account pending investigation, withhold withdrawal requests, and share relevant information with PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement agencies as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 The 00jl55 brand, logo, website design, platform software, proprietary content, and all materials displayed on the Platform are the intellectual property of 00jl55 or its licensors and are protected under Philippine and international copyright and trademark law.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 Game content displayed on the Platform — including graphics, sounds, and software — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to 00jl55 for display on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 00jl55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10.2 00jl55's total liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount held in your Real Money Balance at the time of the relevant incident.

10.3 00jl55 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 00jl55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules. Full details of how your personal data is handled, stored, and protected are set out in the 00jl55 Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

11.3 00jl55 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform (including KYC providers, payment processors, and game studios), regulatory authorities as required by law, and fraud prevention networks.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 00jl55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. We provide the following tools to all players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via Account Settings. Changes to lower limits take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations and receive reality-check notifications at 30-minute or 60-minute intervals.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum acceptable losses over a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request voluntary exclusion from 00jl55 for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12.2 Access to the 00jl55 Platform and all associated services is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years and above. 00jl55 actively enforces this restriction through KYC verification and account monitoring.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 00jl55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months;
• Player's request for voluntary account closure.

13.2 Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees and forfeited bonuses will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 10 business days, unless the closure is due to fraud or regulatory requirement in which case funds may be held pending investigation.

13.3 Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱150 per month, deducted from the account balance, beginning on the 13th month of inactivity. Accounts will be closed when the balance reaches zero.

14. Amendments to Terms

14.1 00jl55 may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address or via an on-screen notification upon next login, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

14.2 Where changes are required by law, regulation, or PAGCOR instruction, they may take immediate effect without advance notice.

14.3 Continuing to use the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

14.4 The current version of these Terms is always available on the 00jl55 website. The version number and effective date are displayed at the top of this page.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 00jl55 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through 00jl55's internal customer support escalation process.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support escalation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the Philippine Dispute Resolution Centre or pursue the matter in the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, to which both parties submit non-exclusive jurisdiction.

15.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief before a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
