During peak periods or after major jackpot events, processing may take up to 2 hours. Withdrawals submitted between midnight and 6 AM (Philippine Standard Time) are batched and processed at 6 AM. 00jl55 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. All transactions to and from your account are fee-free on our end. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule directly.

You cannot withdraw to a different GCash number, bank account, or PayMaya wallet than the one on file. Higher RTP means a higher theoretical return to players over a large number of spins — but individual session outcomes are always determined by a certified RNG.

The bonus amount and percentage are displayed on the current promotions page — terms change periodically so check before you deposit. The welcome bonus is available to all newly registered players who complete KYC verification. Only one welcome bonus is awarded per player — creating multiple accounts to claim it more than once is prohibited and will result in account closure.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw winnings generated from it. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to wager ₱10,000 total across eligible games before withdrawal. At 00jl55, wagering progress is tracked in real time in your Account dashboard. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically count 100%, while live casino games may count 10–20%.
